This 5-Year Factory Protection & Service Commitment (“Plan”) is offered by Infinite Railtech and applies exclusively to the Model #01 device.
By purchasing this Plan, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Coverage Term
Coverage begins on the date of plan purchase and remains in effect for five (5) years. This plan is tied to the original device purchased and is valid only for that specific unit.
2. Covered Failures
This Plan covers mechanical and electronic failures occurring under normal operating conditions, including:
- internal mechanical component failure
- electronic component malfunction
- defects in materials or workmanship
- functional failure during intended use
For covered failures, Infinite Railtech will:
- diagnose the issue
- repair the device
- provide replacement components as necessary
- charge $0 for parts and labor
Return shipping to the customer is included.
3. Customer Shipping Responsibility
Customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the Model #01 to Infinite Railtech for service. Infinite Railtech is not responsible for damage occurring during inbound shipment. Return shipping following completed repair will be paid by Infinite Railtech.
4. Exclusions
This Plan does NOT cover:
- accidental damage (including drops, impact, crushing, or external force)
- misuse or operation outside intended parameters
- modification or unauthorized alteration
- opening, disassembly, or tampering by the customer or any third party
- cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, surface wear)
- water or liquid exposure
- environmental damage (excessive heat, moisture, corrosion)
- damage occurring during customer-to-Infinite Railtech shipping
Repairs required due to excluded conditions may be performed at the customer’s expense.
5. Void Conditions
This Plan becomes void if:
- the device has been opened or modified
- serial identification is removed or altered
- damage results from intentional misuse
6. Service Capacity & Enrollment
Service capacity for the Model #01 is finite due to its specialized nature. Enrollment in the Protection & Service Commitment secures priority access to Infinite Railtech service capacity for the duration of the coverage term. Infinite Railtech reserves the right to limit future enrollment based on operational capacity.
7. Limitation of Liability
This Plan covers repair of the Model #01 device only. Infinite Railtech shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the device.
8. Transferability
This Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
